| OMCRA - High Water Run | ||||||||||
High Water RunSaturday, May 13, 2006 This most northern of all our events takes advantage of high spring water to take you on a tour of many water types and through some interesting natural areas. It is a very social event with dinner included in registration so you can get to know the people you saw on the water. It challenges your paddling skills on lake and river and also includes a couple of very short portages. |

 REGISTRATION & Start: Sesekinika Resort on Highway 11, 12 km north of junction with highway 66. Registration starts at noon and the race is at 1 pm. FEE: $25.00 per person (includes dinner) Course Description: Starts at the Sesekinika Resort – 2 km of lake, 2 km of river, 2 km of lake then 10 km on narrow winding river. There are two short ( 100 m ) portages and no white water. PRIZES: Medals and cash. More sponsors this year mean even more prizes, stay tuned for up dates. |
